Tele‑Support Group

Living with a chronic illness can be exhausting, unpredictable, and isolating. Some days you may want connection but feel too tired, overwhelmed, or symptomatic to attend an in‑person group. That’s why we created the E.A.S.E. Tele‑Support Group, a free call‑in space designed for comfort, accessibility, and genuine support.

Whether you’re a patient, caregiver, family member, or friend, you are welcome. Join us to connect with others who understand the realities of chronic illness, co‑conditions, fluctuating symptoms, and the emotional weight that often accompanies long‑term health challenges. Share your experiences, learn from others, and find understanding in a warm, judgment‑free environment, all from the comfort of your home.

Pathfinder Voices: Chronic Illness Speakers

Our Pathfinder Voices speaker series features knowledgeable, lived‑experience presenters who bring clarity, compassion, and awareness to lupus and chronic illness. While our speakers are not healthcare professionals, they are deeply familiar with:
